Paper mache, it represents the former King of Spain Juan Carlos fours trying to be sodomized by a Bolivian trade unionist, Domitila Barrios, also subject to the same act, but provided by a German shepherd. Nothing too bad, but in Spain, some do not like being made fun of the king.
